Spain from an English perspective

The Reina Sofía National Art Centre in Madrid hosts this exceptional exhibition that presents, for the first time, a large part of the collection from the Picasso National Museum in Paris.

More than 400 works by prestigious artist Pablo Ruiz Picasso make up this magnificent exhibition. Around 140 paintings, 10 papier collés, almost 70 sculptures, 9 ceramic pieces, more than 140 drawings, etchings and books of notes make this exhibition a unique opportunity to discover this brilliant artist. Besides works from the Picasso Museum in Paris, visitors can also see some of the artist’s most famous creations, such as “Guernica”.
